Before You Delete Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. This action will result in:

  • Permanent deletion of your account and profile information
  • Removal of your delivery history and trip records
  • Loss of wallet balance (ensure you withdraw funds first)
  • Deletion of ratings and reviews
  • Loss of access to ongoing or future deliveries
  • Cancellation of any active subscriptions or services

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance:

  • Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years for tax purposes
  • Legal Disputes: Records related to disputes retained until resolution
  • Safety Reports: Incident reports retained for safety and security

All other personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

Delete Account In-App

You can also delete your account directly from the MovR app:

  1. Open the MovR app
  2. Go to Profile → Settings
  3. Scroll to Account Management
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Follow the confirmation steps
